Ten Thousand Villages

Ten Thousand Villages Overland Park celebrated 20 years of fair trade in 2020, which was cause for celebration and an opportunity to bring the story of the fair trade organization to life. With the pandemic cancelling their original vision for an in-person event, TTV moved their event virtual and Overflow came along to help. The virtual event included multiple live presenters, some on-site in a local studio, and others broadcasting remotely from across the world. Our team facilitated scripting, provided the event emcee to guide the experience, and creative production for compelling video products, motion graphics, slide decks and an interactive storyboard. The storyboard allowed viewers to watch additional behind the scenes content after the event concluded to learn more about the fair trade partners featured during the program.
