Coaching with Courage

Futures Without Violence is a health and social justice non-profit focused on healing from violence-related trauma and the prevention of violence in future generations. One initiative, Coaching With Courage, is a four-part training series for youth coaches to encourage healthy relationship building, modeling appropriate behaviors and opening the door for conversation. Overflow helped create the strategy behind the curriculum and delivery, including scripting, filming, editing and concepting the brand and visual assets for each training module and promotional videos.
