Tammy specializes in strategic story as an experienced corporate executive and consultant. She helps clients create their strategy as story through years as experience developing and implementing strategy, marketing plans, organizational change initiatives and corporate learning programs. Prior to Overflow, she operated her own consulting practice and has twenty years of cross-functional experience as an executive at Hallmark Cards. She has experience as an adjunct professor in Entrepreneurship and supports her beliefs in education, fair trade and conscious capitalism through years of service and support to non-profit organizations.
Tammy holds a master’s degree in Education from Kansas University and bachelor’s in Business Administration: Marketing from Truman State University. Her certifications include Healthcare Meeting Compliance (HMCC), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hammer Process Mastery, and Paul Ekman Group Micro Expressions. She lives in the Kansas City area with her husband of 25+ years and is a mother of two amazing children.

Principal & Chief Experience Officer
Michelle specializes in experience design as a seasoned meetings and events professional. She strategically plans and leads multidisciplinary teams in the design and production of meetings, events and incentive travel for both domestic and international clients. Michelle joined Overflow in 2016 to experiment with new approaches that close the industry gaps between corporate strategy, meeting content and audience outcomes.
Prior to joining Overflow, Michelle served as President of Bishop-McCann who she helped grow to be named a top 25 Corporate Meetings & Incentives (CMI) agency in North America among other accolades. Her credentials include Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) and Healthcare Meeting Compliance (HMCC). Michelle received the honor of membership to Kansas City’s Women Who Mean Business and serves various non-profit initiatives through service, contribution and board member participation.
Jeff specializes in creative production, direction and storytelling through various creative methods. He manages teams of cinematographers, photographers, designers and writers. He began his career in marketing, and then ran his own successful videography company. He is an EMMY award-winning videographer who has led creative campaigns in digital storytelling and multimedia across the U.S. and abroad. He won a NATAS Mid-America EMMY award for his collaborative work on “Winston’s Story”, a film produced for American Heart Association of Kansas City. In addition, he directed a full–length educational documentary, “Where Students Lead.”
Jeff is also passionate about community service and issues that affect youth development. He serves as the Corporate Board President of HOBY Kansas Youth Leadership Foundation and holds a position on the HOBY International Corporate Presidents Council.
He is available for speaking engagements, predominantly teaching audiences about making positive social change through storytelling.
